We have sought further clarification from the Club on the Brentford ticket sale process.

The Club have responded as follows:

  • For this year, the Riverside Run replaces the annual cycle ride which has taken place in previous seasons as a fundraiser for the Fulham Foundation.
  • The maximum number of Matchday Package places was capped at 30. The Club advised, without referencing the number, these had all sold out in their article on 27 February.
  • The Club have again confirmed the Matchday Package match tickets were sourced from a separate club allocation meaning no impact on the away ticket allocation available for Loyalty Point holders.

The FST believe that communications around this event and the number of Matchday Package places should have been better, a point which has been made to, and accepted by, the Club.

The Trust strongly support the work of the Fulham Foundation and will continue to support them in every way possible, but disagree with using entry to away games requiring loyalty points for fundraising. We would always expect the Club to make the maximum number of tickets available to Fulham fans.
