TRAVELLING TO THE CITY GROUND

BY CAR

Exit the M1 at junction 24 and be guided by the signs as you join the A453 towards Nottingham. After heading through Clifton, remain on the A453 following the signs for football and cricket traffic. Take the A52 eastbound towards Grantham, heading straight on the Nottingham Knight Island and Wheatcroft Island until you reach Gamston Island. Take the first exit for the Ratcliffe Road (A6011) and remain on it, following the road as it veers right and continue over Lady Bay Bridge for the City Ground.

CAR PARKING

Car parking spaces are at a real premium in West Bridgford and your car will be towed by civil enforcement officers in the vicinity of the ground. If do want to park nearby, the Nottingham Forest FC approved car parks are the only option and they are located at Meadow Lane (Notts County FC), the Cattlemarket Pay & Display, Lady Bay Sports Ground (NG2 5AA) and County Hall, the home of Nottinghamshire County Council.

BY TRAIN

Nottingham Railway Station is about a twenty minute walk from the City Ground.

BY BUS

Several buses take you from Nottingham City Centre towards the Ground. Numbers 5-11 are your best bet, but please check the NCTX website for timetable alterations before travelling.

BY COACH

The Club’s official coaches will leave Craven Cottage and Motspur Park at 8am on matchday. Supporters are reminded that Fulham are not issuing coach tickets this season and supporters will be booked into the coach upon arrival at either Motspur Park or Craven Cottage by the Club’s’ coach stewards. Fans must arrive fifteen minutes before departure or risk missing the coach.

Coaches are priced at £25 for adult season ticket holders or members and £20 for junior season ticket holders or members. Adult non-season ticket holders or members will need to pay £35 and juniors will pay £25.

AWAY PUBS

Pubs in the immediate vicinity of the City Ground and Trent Bridge are home fans only. The closest option to the stadium is The Nest (Iremonger Road, Nottingham, NG2 3HU), which is next to Notts County’s Meadow Lane ground and ten minutes walk from the City Ground.

The Nest now operates as a 1,000-capacity away fan zone when Forest are at home. You can catch live sporting action on Nottingham’s biggest indoor screens and sample a wide array of very reasonably priced alcohol and non-alcohol drinks as well as food from a sublime section of the city’s famous street food vendors.
